This is an exciting opportunity to put your PM skills to the test and join a consultancy really going places in 2025.Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a specialist project management consultancy. They help deliver critical projects across beautiful New Zealand.With projects starting to get the green light, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager with Health & Commercial experience to join the team in Auckland.What You'll Do:

Lead Commercial and Health focused projects from planning to completion.
Work closely with clients to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timelines.
Apply your multidisciplinary expertise to complex building challenges.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all project stages.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in project management (contractor/consultancy)
Background in commercial and medical projects (New build/Refurb)
Strong stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Must have New Zealand experience & right to work in New Zealand
