  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Attending to guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance one’s skills and capabilities.
  • Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
  • Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
  • Running the night audit process including correctly posting all hotel's revenue for the day, accurately identifying discrepancies, and producing a complete night audit report thoroughly and accurately
QualificationsYour Nightly Mission:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of front office operations during the hours of 11pm-7.30am
  • Ensure a positive guest experience by handling inquiries and anticipating needs
  • Meeting & greeting guests arriving late, handling check-ins and early departures
  • Perform night audit process, run reports, locate & correct discrepancies, post payments & reconcile transactions
  • Overseeing security, preparing hotel for the morning shift & perform hotel cleaning duties
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Night Manager
Experience & Skills:
  • A warm and engaging personality with big smiles
  • Professional, personable with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in front office/guest services or a related role is advantageous, but not essential
  • If you've navigated the night audit process before, or worked with Opera, that's a plus!
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
