What You'll Be Working OnWorking with the Head of Retail Training, you'll create and update learning content that keeps our teams at the forefront of retail excellence, including informal learning pieces for our in-house communication platforms.Key responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging and inspiring workshops both face to face and digitally across Australia and NZ to all sales teams.

Sharing informal learning content on Freedom's in-house communication platforms.

Evaluating and updating existing learning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance as Freedom evolves.

Occasional travel both within New Zealand and to the East Coast of Australia facilitating training and working with our leaders in their stores to build relationships and understanding local challenges to tailor your approach to different team needs.
