- 3 + years Leadership/Team Leader experience within a client services role; ideally within Packaging, Print or Manufacturing environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel with exposure to, industry specific, Kiwiplan advantageous
- Leading the Auckland based Customer Service Team of three
- Liaising with clients from the initial enquiry, quotation & ordering stage, right through to the delivery of the product
- Managing our high-profile client enquiries and being the driver to create solutions for them.
- Managing stock levels of finished goods for key customers
- Working closely with the production, planning and distribution teams to meet our customers supply needs.
- Data entry - Quotes/Orders
- Monthly reporting
- Focus on continuous improvement.
