Distribution Centre Administrator

- Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch records.
- Process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams for transport/logistics requirements.
- Support health & safety and compliance reporting.
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a warehousing/logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar).
