- Establish and actively manage a data base of sales prospects, networking with the wider community and form ongoing relationships with prospective residents to feed the sales pipeline and deliver on sales outcomes.
- You are first and foremost selling units and with that comes the village lifestyle, therefore understanding your prospects, what they value, and their emotional drivers are key
- Work collaboratively with a number of stakeholders within the development team, to prepare for market launches and contribute to sales and marketing strategies unique to your village
- Shape village culture and bring vibrancy to Metlifecare's newest village
- Contribute and help New Zealanders establish a rewarding and meaningful retirement lifestyle
- Experience growing and nurturing a pre-sales data base
- Commercially minded, you must have a collaborative, solutions-based approach to selling as well as the aptitude to create and execute a sales plan
- Self-motivated, results driven and passionate about the product and services we are selling, you will be able to meet our clients' requirements and achieve challenging company-set sales targets and budgets
- You will understand the importance of sales reporting and CRM, have strong organisational and time management skills.
