- Managing rosters of support workers according to client schedules
- Involvement in the recruitment and retention process of support workers including performance feedback, education, and training
- Health and Safety assessments of client homes
- Relationship-building with clients, families, whānau, co-workers and other health professionals in the team
- Experience in the healthcare sector (health-related qualification is preferable)
- Management experience is required (Coordinator or above level) with proven scheduling and coordination skills
- Experience in complex/high-volume rostering
- Computer literate
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- A ‘can do' attitude and motivation to deliver outstanding service
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Team player attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to relate supportively with others from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
