Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week, if required.Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shop's revenue targets
  • Sorting donations and restocking shelves
  • Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
  • Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
  • Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
  • Leading and motivating volunteers
QualificationsKo wai koe - About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
  • Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
  • Customer focused with a "can-do" attitude
  • Organised with an eye for detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
