Civil General Labourer

- Full-time
- Site preparation, digging, levelling, and clean-up
- Assisting with asphalt laying, concreting, or roading tasks
- Spotting for machinery and working with operators
- Using hand and power tools to support trades or project needs
- General labouring across construction and infrastructure sites
- Full PPE and comprehensive safety training provided
- Opportunities to gain further licenses
- Work with experienced crews on projects that matter to your community
- Monday to Friday & some Saturday work required (availability is essential)
- 7 am - 5 pm (depending on the project requirements)
- Night shift work is also available
- Previous experience in construction, civil, or roading (1+ year preferred)
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Positive attitude, team-focused, and willing to learn
- Class 1 full licence (essential)
- WTR and/or Class 2 (bonus, but not required)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ background check
