You will report to the Contract Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance contract, including assisting with all programming and reporting functions.In addition to the above you will:

Pull together resource including plant, people and subcontractors to complete pavement works and contract maintenance.
Complete site set up, planning and quality control for all projects under your responsibility.
Interpret contract documentation into a work instruction to communicate to effectively with crews and other key stakeholders.

Experience supervising crews in a road maintenance environment.
Understanding and experience in the management and maintenance of both sealed and unsealed pavements (including design).
Experience in the management of maintenance related tasks such as, service location, pavement testing, emergency response event coordination etc.
An understanding of effective pavement drainage practices and techniques.
Proficient in Pocket RAMM and RAMM HTML.
Experience organising resources, including crews and sub-contractors.
Strong financial acumen.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail, with a focus on health & safety, quality and data collection.
