This full time role relates to the entire business and is situated in our Tauranga office.THE POSITION:Reporting to the Directors, the Office Manager will be responsible for the administration activities of the firm including office and operations management; practice management accounting; human resources management including payroll systems and processes; business performance monitoring and reporting.THE PERSON WE ARE SEEKING:A highly motivated office administrator with a passion for adding value and committed to effective use of resources. You should have a sound level of financial acumen and be technologically capable, preferably with prior experience at manager level in a professional services firm.
