- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain one.
