Senior Help Desk Engineer

- 50% ticket based support work on escalations from Analysts, Associates, Local Help Desk, Engineer I, & Engineer II 50% regional projects
- This position will implement and manage the technology infrastructure that supports internal colleagues and their end unit compute.
- This position also supports and manages third and fourth level internal support tickets.
- The ideal candidate is an expert IT end user engineer who has proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a standard end user delivery model.
- You will apply this expertise across all aspects of the end user service design framework to deliver a superior colleague experience which is scalable, sustainable, and supportable.
- Associates Degree or Equivalent
- ITIL Foundation V3 or newer
- Workflow and process automation experience
- Support knowledge of Office 365 Apps
- Support knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS & MacOS
- MDM experience is a plus
- 5 years' experience working within a distributed global team/environment.
- Technical diploma or Microsoft certificate preferred (such as MCDST)
- General knowledge of commonly used IT operating systems
- Able to provide professional technical guidance to company employees regarding PC problems
