Retail is more competitive than ever, and we need to bring our A game.Job DescriptionAs our Print & Create Digital Specialist, you’ll play a central role in driving our digital growth strategy for the Print & Create Centres @ Warehouse Stationery . You’ll own and enhance our existing eCommerce platforms to ensure our in-store services are reflected online, making our offering truly omni-channel and customer-centric.Quick snapshot of the role:
  • Drive our digital roadmap for Print and Create @ Warehouse Stationery
  • Manage our existing website WSprint.co.nz ensuring all services are available omni-channel
  • Provide e-commerce insight to our fotofinish.co.nz managed by a 3rd party
  • Deliver future development phases of the platform, working closely with software vendors and third-party developers
  • Shift the e-commerce offer proposition from being service centric, to customer centric with updated product options, content and imagery
  • Enhance and optimise online order process journeys to simplify for team and customers.
QualificationsWe are looking for a high energy individual who wants to take this role and own it! You’re organised, detail-oriented, and have a natural curiosity for customer behaviour online. You understand how content and digital experiences can influence buying decisions and improve commercial outcomes. You're also confident working cross-functionally to get things done and bring clarity to complexity.We’re also looking for:
  • Ecommerce background would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage different stakeholders
  • A results driven mindset and commercial awareness
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
