With a passion for leadership, and strong clinical experience you will be the 'go to' person for General and Head & Neck theatres. This will be a great first step in to leadership as you will have lots of support in this role from both the charge nurse and theatre manager. Working full time, Mon-Fri you will be responsible for the resourcing and procurement of both staff and equipment.Benefits:

- Provide resourcing and procurement of both staff and equipment
- Participate in operational activities to support financial and business goals
- Build strong relationships with patients, their families and key internal & external stakeholders.
- NZ Registered Nurse with current Annual Practicing Certificate/APC
- Excellent perioperative skill and knowledge in orthopaedics
- Strong coordination and delegation skills-think on your feet
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills that inspire the trust and confidence in your team
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and superiors and the wider teams
