We are proud to create value from natural resources and be a key contributor to the circular bioeconomy.About the role:This is an exciting full time permanent Health & Safety Advisor position that is a hands-on role within our major hazard facility. As well as undertaking the expected tasks of an Advisor position you will also provide support to our ACC Accreditation programme alongside our wellbeing team.About you:Your influencing skills will be best utilised to support our continuous improvement within our Occupational Health & Safety environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving safety and wellbeing outcomes in a manufacturing environment and demonstrates a result driven approach. In addition, you will also have the following attributes:

Relevant qualification and/or experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Relationship building skills.
Ability to learn new programmes with proven capabilities in MS office.

Kinleith Mill site is located near the well-established township of Tokoroa within a short drive you will find yourself in either Rotorua, Cambridge or Taupo, with many of our employees choosing to commute. Tokoroa and its surrounding areas are well placed for those who enjoy outdoor activities.In accordance with Company policy, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, drug test, criminal history and right to work in New Zealand check.
