We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering consistent and high quality customer service.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for customer service
- Experience with Opera cloud system preferred
- Flexibility to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Physically fit for casual porterage of guest luggage
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality
- Knowledge of Hospitality or qualification in Hospitality preferred.
