Leading a small people advisory team you'll also be developing and embedding operational and strategic people projects across our nationwide business. This will see you rolling your sleeves up and working with leaders to influence, mentor and coach them with a real focus on lifting our leadership bench-strength.Applying a people lens across everything, you'll be playing an important role in implementing people initiatives designed to actively engage and grow the capability of our people. Central to your success will be your ability to engage meaningfully with stakeholders across and at all levels within the business to understand business and operational drivers, challenges, and goals and in turn deliver positive outcomes.Core to your HR philosophy will be creating a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your technical expertise will be just as important as your energetic, pragmatic and solution focused approach. You'll have a collaborative and inclusive style with a knack for influencing others in delivering the best outcomes for our people, customers, and business.To be successful in your role, you will bring:
