- Manage the planning and forecasting of procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery using the most appropriate procurement procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to facilitate smooth flow of services. Identify new vendors/suppliers in line with vendor selection processes.
- Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management, and performance measurement
- Introduce process improvements in the supply chain and evaluate for impact.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within a relevant IT service provider or other large complex technology environment.
- Experience with IT Procurement across hardware and software, including software licensing is a must.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
