Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful applicant will be going into an operation that has a sound record of success. You will be an integral part of the 2023 #1 Toyota Dealer in NZ!Rotorua Toyota is part of the Hawkes Bay Toyota group which operates stores in Napier, Hastings, Taupo, Gisborne and Rotorua. The used vehicle department is achieving excellent market share with an extensive range as our stores have the ability to draw on stock from around the group.The remuneration package will reflect the expertise and talent required to ensure the future success and profitability of the used vehicle operation.Key aspects of the role:

Daily management and motivation of sales team activity
Actively selling and working with customers alongside the sales team
Have a sound trading ability
Ensuring finance opportunities are maximised with the Business Manager
Achieve franchise sales targets and standards across the sales operation
