Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.To tatou kaitono pai | What you bring:

This is a full time role for night shifts Wednesday - SundayQualificationsNga Tohu me nga wheako | Qualifications and ExperienceWe will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.Arvida Level 1 to Level 3
  • NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
  • Evidence of English test is required if from overseas
Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 1 to Level 3)$23.50 to $29.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experienceArvida Level 4
  • NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
