This permanent, part-time role working 0.55 FTE (22 hours per week) is focused on helping clients achieve independence and stay well at home. You will work with a wide range of conditions across varied community settings, and be part of a team that delivers high-quality, client-centred care.This position offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects, quality improvement initiatives, and even research opportunities.
