Job Title: Telehandler Operator - Solar Farm ProjectAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join our team on a large-scale solar farm project. This role involves operating telehandlers to safely move, lift, and position solar panels, racking, and other construction materials while ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate telehandlers to transport solar panels, racking systems, and other site materialsSupport installation teams with precise material handlingPerform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on machineryLoad/unload deliveries and distribute materials across site locationsWork collaboratively with site supervisors and installation crewsMaintain compliance with site safety protocols and project deadlinesRequirements✅ Proven experience operating telehandlers on construction or renewable energy projects
✅ Current telehandler operator license/tickets
✅ Strong commitment to health & safety procedures
✅ Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
