We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all plant and equipment at our Seaview site in Wellington. This hands-on role is crucial in keeping our machinery, vehicles, and facilities in peak condition to support the day-to-day running of the business.About the Role:What You'll Do:

Maintain and repair machinery and plant equipment.
Perform daily checks and log work using Site App Pro.
Coordinate parts ordering and manage consumables.
Support after-hours operations when needed.
Provide backup machinery operation (e.g. forklift, excavator).
Keep the workshop safe, tidy, and secure.
Train staff on equipment use and maintenance.
Follow all health & safety procedures and report hazards.

What You'll Need:

3+ years' experience in mechanical maintenance/repairs.
Hydraulic and forklift maintenance experience.
Full, clean driver's licence.
Relevant licences/certifications for equipment use.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Clear communicator with a strong safety focus.
Clean criminal record.
