We live by our REAL values – Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership – and we demonstrate these through the good work we do, every day, as one team.Join us a Sprayed Seals Sprayperson/Leading Hand in Palmerston NorthYou will be the primary spray operator for the new FibreDec Multisprayer and will be responsible for implementing and initiating work activities within a team which is overseen by a Foreman/Supervisor. You will act as escalation point for less experienced staff and operate other sprayed seals machinery as needed.In addition to the above you will:

Assists Foreman/supports Supervisor with daily workflow requirements
Ensure the FibreDec sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.
Assists with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.

Class 1,2, 4 license and WTR endorsements
4-5 years’ experience in the surfacing/construction industry/STMS.
In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
