When you start with us, you will learn that we are all brought together by the passion we have for putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.About the RoleWe're dedicated to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations and as the Distribution Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our logistics operations, responsible for operations management, supplier relationship management and leadership of four teams (over thirty individuals) at the DC. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize distribution processes.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess.
  • Leading and motivating a team of distribution staff to achieve performance targets and develop high performing capabilities
  • Implementing best practices for safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Proven track record of success in distribution, warehousing or logistics management.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify opportunities for optimization and implement effective solutions
  • A strategic thinker, able to develop and execute plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate cross-functionally with teams, stakeholders, and customers
