- Answering general enquiries about the hub, programming, and events
- Assisting with room setup and pack-down for bookings
- Supporting the team with events and other duties as requested
We will be looking for specific experience with the key role requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in reception/customer service
- Proven relationship building and networking skills
- Resilience and the ability to multi-task
- Planning, organising, and computer literacy skills
- Basic knowledge of facility function and service
