Sandblaster / Industrial Painter

• Surface preparation including sandblasting of steel and fabricated components.
• Applying high-quality industrial coatings and paints.
• Operating and maintaining blasting and painting equipment.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, safely, and on time.

• Afternoon / Night shift for the first 2 months.
• Transition to Day shift after this period.

• Proven experience in sandblasting and industrial painting.
• Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts.
• Current driver's licence
• Current OSH
