Here, you’ll be supporting customers across multiple channels – live chat, phone, and email – helping them resolve queries, track their online orders, and find solutions that leave them feeling confident and supported.Every day brings something different. One moment you may be helping a customer track down the latest tech item they ordered, the next you’ll be guiding someone through the returns process or helping them navigate the Noel Leeming online store. Whatever the enquiry, you’ll be wearing your problem-solving hat and working quickly to provide the answers and solutions that matter most to our customers.Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak. You’ll need to stay adaptable and positive, and above all, be committed to delivering excellent service every time.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing a variety of customer enquiries, with a strong focus on resolving issues quickly and accurately.
  • Building connections with customers by actively listening and adapting your communication style.
  • Switching confidently between live chat, phone, and email channels.
  • Taking ownership of cases and following up to ensure customer needs are fully met.
  • Keeping up to date with processes, procedures, and products to ensure the information you provide is always accurate.
  • Contributing to a positive team culture where collaboration and customer focus are key.
Work ScheduleThis is a fixed term role from 20th October 2025 to 1st February 2026 for the peak trading period. You’ll need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 7pm, including some weekend shifts.QualificationsAbout YouPassion for customer service is a must. While previous contact centre experience would be great, what we’re really looking for are people who live and breathe our values and can bring:
  • A reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong customer service skills – whether gained in retail, hospitality, call centres, or elsewhere.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Solid computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and work towards targets and KPIs.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
