Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operate and maintain a fully automated production line.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine centres, minimising downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and engage in preventative maintenance to optimise plant performance.
- Work collaboratively in a high-performance, skilled workforce - no general machine operators here!
- Diagnose and repair faults in PLC-controlled systems (if electrical) and automated production lines.
- Be flexible to attend callouts outside normal shift hours when required.
- Qualified as a Millwright / Multiskilled Technician, Electrician or Fitter
- Experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or advanced continuous manufacturing.
- Experienced with Automated production machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with an interest in process improvement.
