Its other companies include FIJI Water, JUSTIN and Landmark Vineyards, Wonderful Citrus, Wonderful Pistachios, Teleflora, POM Wonderful and Suterra.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Accountant, this is an 18-month fixed term contract created to assist with current business demands. In this role, we are looking for an outgoing and autonomous operator with experience in reconciliations, invoicing and client contact. With strong attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile, you are someone with the ability to manage collection issues, process customer claims and assist with a weekly cashflow forecast.In this role, you will:
  • Verify customer details, accounts receivable profiles and AR outstanding balances to prepare/execute data conversion
  • Gather business requirements for the new systems on the receivable end-to-end process
  • Assist in the gap analysis with other project implementation team members
  • Work closely with the project implementation team and provide input from the business on the receivable system configuration
  • Prepare testing scenarios and participate in the SIT and UAT testing on the receivable related process in the new system
  • Provide regular updates on the implementation progress & follow up with the stakeholders to get outstanding issues resolved
This role is based in Parnell, Auckland. Working as part of a fun and dedicated team, you will be joining the organisation at a busy time.   • A minimum of two years in an Accounts Receivable role is essential
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Accounting Software such as Oracle, SAP or Xero
  • Experience with CargoWise would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels across the organisation with a team mentality
  • An ability to analyse reports whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality
You will have excellent attention to detail, with a strong attitude to complete tasks correctly the first time. In addition, you will have a good understanding of what “Best Practice” looks like, armed with a “can do” attitude to enable you to fulfil your role.You will have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying.
