We are seeking skilled and non-skilled Asphalt Workers to join our dedicated team in the Waikato region. You'll be an integral part of our team, assisting with a wide range of civil construction projects!This is a night shift role, Sunday to Thursday, 6pm-4am (can be subject to change depending on project requirements.)Previous experience in Asphalt labouring or machine operating would be an advantage but if you have a keen attitude and a willingness to learn, keep reading.In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:

Hand-laying, spreading, smoothing, and finishing asphalt on footpaths and kerbs.
Operating rollers and plate compactors to ensure durable, high-quality surfaces.
Maintaining a safe, efficient work environment while focused on workmanship and teamwork.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver's Licence (Class 2 desirable)
WTR endorsements and/or Roller experience.
Experience in asphalt or civil construction is an advantage-training can be provided if you have a willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
