Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Christchurch and only 22km from the popular tourist town of Akaroa.We are now looking for casual staff to join our team as Duty Officers. These role's will begin on a casual basis, with fixed-term contracts offered as we head into the busy summer season.About the role | Ko te mahi neiBe the friendly face of our park! You'll ensure guests enjoy their stay while overseeing: - Welcoming guests and providing friendly, helpful service
- Keeping facilities and outdoor spaces clean, tidy, and inviting
- Noticing and organising repairs when things need fixing
- Helping with day-to-day tasks in the campground office

Campground Operating Hours: Please note: these are the hours the campground is open - shifts will fall within these times.Spring Hours (early October - early December): - Mon-Thu: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- Fri: 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Sat & Sun: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
- Cleaning: Mon-Fri 10:00 am; Sat & Sun 10:00 am & 3:00 pm
Summer Hours (from the first week of December - 8 February 2026): - Daily: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
- Cleaning: 10:00 am & 3:00 pm (increasing during peak season and long weekends)
- Labour Day and Show Weekend will follow Summer Hours.
