- Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen as a Chef
- Be a hardworking team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Have up to date knowledge of current Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- Hold food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent
- Demonstrate a passion for great food and quality.
- Proven reliability.
- Demonstrate experience of kitchen leadership and the ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
