Your design will be key to visually presenting this iconic brand to consumers in both New Zealand and Australia.If you're a proven and proactive intermediate Graphic Designer ready to apply your skills in-house to one of New Zealand's most trusted outdoor brands then this is your opportunity. Based in East Tamaki.On behalf of our East Tamaki-based client, we're seeking a skilled intermediate graphic designer to join their hard-working and friendly team onsite at their global HQ.This is your opportunity to lead the design and production of all creative material for print and digital. The ideal candidate will be an industrious graphic designer who enjoys print, layout, packaging and photography. You'll work well in a tight marketing team, and have a great design eye, and attention to detail. Working accurately at pace is second nature to you, and you enjoy the variety of design jobs for both the New Zealand and Australian markets.Day to day this will involve the designing and layout or marketing collateral and product manuals, creating and developing print, digital and marketing campaigns, trade shows presentation, image directory management and photography and video workflow.You will be an expert with the Adobe Creative suite and confident creating from ideation to rolling out design across different media to brand guidelines. You'll have experience in designing for retail, in-store, and marketing collateral island are confident in behind-the-camera for product photography (in-situ and in the studio on site). Managing the image library and any video workflow will also be part of the role.Your perfect role? Read on:The breakdownWe are looking for an accomplished graphic designer with:

5+ years' experience in graphic design (experience in designing for retail brands preferred)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Ability to shoot and edit product photography

End-to-end ownership from taking briefs, concept creation & artwork production
Delivering collateral on time and within budget
Deliver interesting and fresh ideas, whatever the brief
Development of creative concepts for brand communications, including advertising, direct marketing, promotions, retail and outdoor
Product photography - on-site studio and in outdoor environments
Strong design skills across typography, layout, and production
Clear and warm communication - verbal and written
Working well in fast and deadline-driven environments
Great attention to detail
