Qualified midwives with experience across the midwifery scope of practice
Strong commitment to providing culturally safe, women-centred care in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with the New Zealand Midwifery Council, or evidence of having started the registration process

A New Zealand driver licence (or willingness to obtain one upon arrival)
