- Proven experience providing high-quality advice and guidance to customers, peers, and key leaders.
- A strong background in organisational design, change, and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to design and prepare an implementation plan for handover to enabling teams and functions.
- A collaborative and facilitative style, with high emotional intelligence, the ability to influence outcomes, and provide leaders with confidence.
- Strong experience as a HR Practitioner and a proven record of delivering on employee-centric change outcomes.
- Extensive experience managing and leading projects and balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated success in leading organisational design, and change initiatives across complex environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to enrol, connect, engage, inform, and negotiate effectively across diverse stakeholders and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated ability to create project documentation and ensure it is suitable for the requirements of wider stakeholders.
