- Ensure Salesforce/CoNet client information is updated and maintained
- Managing customer complaints & feedback
- Administration responsibility for coordination of large account MACD, reporting, deliveries and installations
- Locate and hold second hand stock for delivery and advise customers of timeframes
- Manage contract paperwork/approval process for installation of machines including removals, exchanges and technical support, and dem trials.
- Key administrative responsibility for Quantum Board and supporting reps with Quantum
- General administration duties to support and enable the sales team
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written & oral
- Ability to priorities and juggle multiple priorities
- Understanding of the sales process
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
