The flagship Wellington branch requires a high calibre individual to support the growth of the company and with sites across the rest of NZ, career development is on the cards for the right individual.This is a very customer focused role, as a Project Coordinator you are a key point of contact for clients, handling estimations alongside the commercial team. Whilst based in the office, you will travel to site to review progress, manage documentation and ensure the sales and contracts are delivered effectively. You will have the support of a Commercial Manager and a Projects Team Leader to effectively deliver projects and you will typically be handling 5-8 projects at any one time.The candidate:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has at least some experience in commercial construction, ideally project coordinator or project administration. Or alternatively a background as a QS.
