  • Running warehousing and dispatching operation, including: operating a fork hoist, picking and packing of orders accurately and in a timely manor, loading / unloading pallets on trucks as required, checking orders and signing off in SAP system, goods receipt (GR) 100% accuracy
  • Liaison with freight companies to follow-up on deliveries and dispatching of orders.
  • Organizing the dispatch function to ensure efficient operations and management of paperwork and introduce new systems as required by the business.
  • Assisting in other areas of the warehouse, including inwards goods as required.
  • Interact with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics coordinator to ensure deliveries align with customer requirements.
  • Working with stock controllers as and when required.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum of two (2) years stores experience including dispatching
  • Minimum of two (2) years SAP experience
  • Willingness to help in all areas of warehouse and experience in this environment
  • Ability to undertake work of a physical nature
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people, a team player
  • Fork hoist licence
  • Relevant chemical handling and dangerous goods certificates
  • Self-motivated and directed
