This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Network Engineer to join a high-performing team. The role will see you working across enterprise networking, ISP support, and project delivery, while providing outstanding customer service to a wide range of clients. You'll have the chance to work with the latest technologies, take ownership of client environments, and contribute to building secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, monitor, and design enterprise networks and equipment.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
- Manage firewalls, enforce security policies, and strengthen network resilience.
- Provide WAN and internet support in collaboration with the ISP team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Assist with project delivery, ensuring scope, time, and budget requirements are met.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and maintain relevant certifications.
- Provide after-hours support as part of a roster rotation.
- Experience working in an MSP or ICT solutions environment
- Experience with enterprise networking - installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with WAN, internet services, and ISP environments.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage client relationships.
- Experience with project delivery in a technical capacity.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent) are advantageous.
