Our client is expanding their VM team, and they are therefore seeking two creative, commercially minded Visual Merchandisers to join their flagship Auckland CBD store. With a store team of 80 and a dedicated visual team of five, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, high-standard environment and enjoys working collaboratively to bring brand vision to life across departments!What's in it for you:

- Previous visual merchandising experience OR extremely strong, commercial experience leading VM in an Assistant Store Manager or leadership role
- A solid understanding of commercial performance and how to translate insights into compelling, trend-driven visual execution
- Someone who enjoys routine and thrives in a process-driven VM environment
- Individuals who are open-minded, values-led, and excited to develop themselves and others within a large team
- Strong fashion styling instincts and attention to detail across displays and mannequin presentation
