From processing purchase orders and managing margins, to identifying sales opportunities and supporting sustainability goals, this is a role where your skills will make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing - Kā Haepapa

Overseeing stock across multiple retail locations and the café, ensuring optimal levels and rotation
Collaborating with the Retail Manager to make smart stock control decisions and drive business improvements
Managing online shop inventory and freight coordination
Handling order variances, supplier communications, and end-of-month reporting
Performing regular stocktakes and using the IBIS system to maintain accuracy
Supporting our sustainability journey to become carbon zero by 2040
Embracing Ngāi Tahu values and contributing to a culturally confident, inclusive workplace

What You'll Bring - Kā Pūkeka me Kā Tohu Mātauraka

At least 2 years' experience in inventory control and retail
Familiarity with IBIS and Microsoft Office (advantageous)
Strong communication and mathematical skills
A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit
High attention to detail, time management, and professionalism
A willingness to learn and grow in a bicultural environment
An understanding of, or openness to learning, Ngāi Tahu values, tikanga, and te reo Māori
