A talented registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a keen interest in the wellbeing of predominantly elderly residents, providing them with improved and timely access to health care services. Help to reduce emergency and hospital admissions and be a role model to nursing staff on best practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and personalised care. Possess strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills. Hold a current NZ Registered Nurse APC with the right to work as a NPCulture & Benefits:

- Collaborate with MDT to ensure integrated care.
- Assess, triage and treat residents who need medical interventions.
- Prescribe medication and review progress.
- Offer clinical guidance to the nursing and care staff.
