This approach not only enhances work-life balance but also allows us to harness the full potential of our diverse and talented workforce.Role ProfileYou will oversee project accounting operations for the APAC region, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth finance operations, and strong governance. This role supports project delivery teams and provides key financial insights to enable effective decision-making.Role Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of project accounting, including WIP calculations, revenue recognition, and cost projections.
  • Support project close-out processes, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure billing schedules, claims, and client documentation are aligned.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and revenue projections to maintain positive cash positions.
  • Ensure accurate posting of timecards, invoices, and other project-related costs.
  • Collaborate with global project accounting teams to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Provide support for audits and month-end close processes.
  • Drive process efficiency, internal controls, and compliance across APAC.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support leadership in developing a high-performance team.
About You
  • University degree in Accounting or related field; fully qualified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA).
  • 5+ years' experience, with at least 2 years in a similar project accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software systems.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving change and optimising processes across regions.
  • Knowledge of construction or design industry (preferred).
