The IDEXX laboratory team are currently seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our laboratory in a full-time role. Working in our custom designed site in Hamilton, NZ, you – as the successful hire, will lead the day-to-day operations of our core services team. Ensuring the provision of high-quality, efficient, effective, and timely diagnostic testing services for the IDEXX Reference Laboratories.You as a Team Lead will ensure that IDEXX Reference Laboratories chemistry, haeamatology and trace elements team operates at the highest level of accuracy by performing, supervising, and acting upon quality control procedures – setting up instruments, and preparing, running, interpreting, and releasing results while troubleshooting performance, in compliance with IANZ certification requirements.You will have:A Bachelor of Medical Science/or equivalent degree.Experience working in in a diagnostics laboratory.
