As a Menswear Buyer, you'll take full ownership of the category from trend forecasting, range building, and supplier negotiations through to in-store execution. With your strong commercial acumen and passion for product, you'll ensure we're delivering inspiring, on-trend, and high performing ranges that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to pricing and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers
- Analyse sales performance and trends to make data-led decisions
- Work closely with Planning, Marketing, and VM teams to bring compelling product stories to life in-store and online
- Proven experience in a similar Buying role - ideally within menswear or fashion apparel
- A strong eye for style, trends, and detail
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Confident in analysing data and making commercial decisions
