An exciting opportunity awaits as we expand our existing House Recovery Service to include individual care packages. We are seeking six dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.We provide 24/7 supported accommodation with round the clock staff support. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering others and making a real difference in people's lives.Positions Available: 6 Support Workers
Shift Patterns: A variety of shifts including AM, PM, and Night shifts
Reporting to: Team Coach, Housing and Recovery ServiceResponsibilities include:
  • Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
  • Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience
  • Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most
  • Foster positive change for a more positive life
  • Provide medication support for our people
  • Support people with their appointments
  • Work alongside people to achieve their goals
You | Mōu
  • Understanding and commitment to principles of recovery
  • Current full NZ driver's licence
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or working towards a level 4 qualification
  • Support Worker experience or similar
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
