Madison Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months.Based in West Auckland, this is a great opportunity to step into a busy, hands-on role and keep things running smoothly during a period of transition.Key responsibilities include:

Preparing financial statements and reports
Managing month-end processes
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed

We are looking for:

Proven experience as a Financial Accountant (ideally in a similar environment)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Assignment details:

Location: New Lynn, Auckland
Duration: 2-3 months
Hours: Full-time
