From preparing financial statements to ensuring accurate accounting records, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations.🤝 Key Relationships: Develop close working relationships with our Financial Controller, Production Support Admins, Payroll & Accounts Administrator, and Regional Finance Team. You'll also interact with external suppliers, customers, auditors, and tax authorities.💼 Main Responsibilities: Take charge of various accounting tasks, including daily bank clearing, invoice processing, payment preparation, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and more. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records.📈 Qualifications & Experience:
Hold a tertiary accounting qualification such as BBus Accounting (CA preferred).
Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedure.
